Tribe Fit strength and cardio class

TribeFit

Our 1 hour coach led class focused on building strength and cardio capacity. These workouts are based on functional movements and can include bodyweight, weight equipment, rigs, and some cardio machines.

Our 1 hour coach led classes for ladies only.

TribeKids

Athletic development for students age 6-13. 

A high-energy kids fitness class built around games and athletic development, teaching kids how fun health and fitness can be. It’s a positive and supportive environment to build coordination, strength, and confidence! 

One-on-One Nutrition Coaching

 Monthly Nutrition Coaching with Karli Swor (NCSF-SNS). Personalized macro plan based on your nutrition assessment to meet your specific health and fitness goals. Unlimited access to Karli for questions, meal ideas, and motivation!
