Our 1 hour coach led class focused on building strength and cardio capacity. These workouts are based on functional movements and can include bodyweight, weight equipment, rigs, and some cardio machines.
A 90 min coach led class involving strength training and technique work on the two lifts - Clean & Jerk and Snatch.
Our 1 hour coach led classes for ladies only.
New to the gym or weightlifting setting?
We offer a two week, three days a week, coach led introduction class for new members. Foundations class is included in your first month's membership ($90). The classes are ran the first two full weeks of the month. Must pre-register!
